Midterm examinations will be given from Tuesday 1/24 thru Friday 1/27.  All classes administer a midterm that students are required to take. Additionally, teachers are available in the afternoon for extra help and make up.  If, and only if, a student does not need to make up attendance or work, or if the teacher has not requested the student to attend the extra help sessions, students may be dismissed when they have completed their exams for the day.  However, if a student needs assistance or a teacher requests that the student come for extra help, the student MUST stay.  A limited lunch will be served from 11:15 to 11:45 on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and busses will run at their normal time of 2:20 on those days as well.

Friday 1/27 is a half day of school so there will be no extra help session or lunch provided.  On this day only, buses will run at the normal half day times of 10:40.  See the chart below for more information.

As an added bonus, the Gym, Fitness Center, and Yoga room will be open every day for student use (Tuesday thru Friday) from 7:15 am to 7:55am.  Research shows that physical activity increases mental awareness and brain function.  Please encourage your student to stop down before exams!
