PMP will be here for the annual recruitment today at both lunches.

Interested in travel? Think, warm climate, beaches, boating and snorkeling - with penguins and sea lions! It's a trip of a lifetime, where you'll walk where Darwin walked and investigate differences between the Northern and Southern hemispheres as you take your selfie straddling the equatorial line. You've got more than a year to pay for a trip like this! We'll depart during April vacation of next year. See Mrs. Valenti or Ms. Ziemba in the Biology department for details.

The deadline to sign up for the Costa Rica trip in June is October 6th. All are welcome! See Mrs. Ziemba with any questions.

A reminder to all students; please bring in your lunch forms this week.  If they're not returned, students will need to bring money in on Monday for lunch. We have 80 students still not certified. Anyone in need of a new form can stop by the cafeteria any time to pick one up.

The environmental club will be having a trash clean up on Sunday October 2nd from 9:00 am to 11:00 am on Demming Street along the Housatonic river.  We will be meeting at the Harry's parking lot.  All are welcomed, although with the caveat that we need volunteers to bring their own trash bags.

There will be a mandatory NHS meeting Tuesday, Oct. 4 at 7 am in the Library.  We will begin promptly so please be on time.

The PHS Academic Decathlon Team will have their initial meeting today in Room 214 after school.  All interested students should attend. This year's theme is:  World War II.  See Mr. Sheran and Mr. Sheehan for more information.

If there is anyone who would like to volunteer at Williams School once a month at their PTO meetings for childcare?  If so - please see Ms. Mutz in the School Counseling Office.

The senior class council is hosting Horizons for Homeless Children! Help reduce the trauma and stress of homelessness on children and their families by donating what you can! The list of supplies is in the Student support center, which is where you will drop off all donations.

ALL STUDENTS PLANNING TO ATTEND THE BCC COLLEGE FAIR THURSDAY, OCTOBER 6TH, IF YOUR PERMISSION SLIPS ARE NOT HANDED IN THE SCHOOL COUNSELING OFFICE BY TOMORROW YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND THE FAIR
